STEP #1 - PARKING

Okay, let’s get started! your parking situation can the most stressful aspect of moving, and often is left to the last minute. let’s take care of this FIRST!

STEP #2 - SCHEDULE YOUR INTERNET INSTALLATION

The major cable companies get backed up connecting thousands of new customers, and it can sometimes take 2-3 weeks to get your internet connected. Schedule ahead of time!

STEP #3 - RENTERS INSURANCE

This is one of the most underutilized types of insurance. Even though your landlord will have an insurance policy for the property, it will not cover your personal belongings.

Calling ahead to notify the electric company is a good idea. Although you will most likely still have service when you move in, it will be one less thing to worry about!
